I moved into recruitment after starting out in software development, where I quickly realised something important was missing - the human element. Sentinel brought everything together: genuine connection, continuous learning, and the chance to solve real challenges alongside clients and candidates.

I now focus on the Swiss financial services market, supporting large institutions and high-growth firms across a range of business-critical functions. My background allows me to engage credibly with both hiring teams and candidates, understanding the nuances of each role and delivering a consultative, insight-led approach.

Outside of work, sport dominates: football (lifelong United fan, for better or worse), golf, darts, and cricket. When I’m not watching or competing at sport, I’m usually playing music - singing or butchering Billy Joel on the piano.
