With over 25 years at Sentinel, I've progressed from (and survived) Trainee Recruiter to now leading our UK sales team. 

In my current role, I oversee business operations and provide strategic leadership across our UK teams, driving the delivery of high-impact talent solutions within Commodities, Consulting, Energy, Financial Services, Life Sciences & Technology. I work closely with our consultants to develop and scale long-term client partnerships, with a clear focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and consistent commercial value.

While I’m no longer in the trenches of day-to-day business development, I remain closely involved in shaping our growth strategy - ensuring we stay ahead of market demand, capitalise on new opportunities, and maintain a high-performance culture across the business.
