I held the record for fastest promotion to Director at Sentinel - 21 months - and the last decade here has been the best of my career.

I began in business applications, with a particular focus on IFS, before evolving into managing key accounts and supplying the IT talent our clients need most. Today I lead a team focused on Development and Digital markets, with a strong emphasis on FinTech and Legal clients.

I'm proud of the long-term relationships we've built - knowing a client's business well enough to anticipate their needs, not just respond to them, is what sets great recruitment apart.

Outside work, football and rugby bring the team together. Once the week's out, you'll find me cheering on my other teams.
