After completing my MSc in Organisational and Business Psychology, I moved into recruitment . I’ve always been driven by a genuine curiosity about people - what motivates them, how they work best, and how the right role can completely shift someone’s trajectory. Recruitment gives me the perfect space to bring that to life.

In my role, I focus on building meaningful, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand their ambitions, challenges, and what “the right fit” truly looks like. For me, it’s not just about matching skills to roles - it’s about creating connections that make a real impact, and making the journey smooth, human, and genuinely enjoyable along the way.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me cooking a new vegan meal, spending time with my family and watching football. Although, I'm rarely far from a protest or panel talk.
