Joel Hawkins

As a Director of our pan-European business, based in Prague, I lead and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals delivering talent solutions across Commodities, Consulting, Energy, Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Technology. I play a key role in driving regional growth, shaping strategy, and ensuring we consistently deliver value to our clients across multiple markets.

Alongside my leadership responsibilities, I remain closely involved in strategic account management and delivery, supporting some of the largest and most complex organisations in Europe. I specialise in partnering with clients to solve large-scale recruitment challenges, designing tailored, scalable solutions that meet the demands of highly regulated and fast-evolving sectors.

I have extensive experience managing large MSP accounts for multinational clients and building long-term, trusted partnerships. Our team is proud to be a multi-award-winning supplier to KellyOCG, one of the most established and successful global MSP providers.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my young (and wonderfully exhausting) family. I’m also a keen boxer and a reluctant golfer.
