I started my career at Sentinel with a focus on IT recruitment, and now specialise in supporting our financial services clients across Switzerland, with a particular emphasis on Suisse Romande. I work closely with banks, asset managers, insurers and fintechs, helping them connect with top talent and build teams that can make a real impact. For me, recruitment is all about relationships: understanding what drives people, building trust, and bringing together the right people and opportunities in an ever-evolving market.

Outside of work, sport is a big part of my life, whether that’s running, racket sports (tennis and padel) or football. I also enjoy travelling, especially when it involves a race, a match, or a beach/mountain, depending on the season!
