I joined Sentinel as a trainee in 2010, opened our London office in 2016, and have built my career here since.

I lead a team of consultants that deliver recruitment services primarily within Financial Services, Life Sciences, Commodity Trading, and Technology across all our global locations. I believe that recruitment only truly works when all parties are fully invested in the process and are focused towards delivering success outcomes. That requires accountability, transparency and trust. 

Outside recruitment, I'm a keen runner and cyclist with plenty of stories about previous achievements which I proudly exaggerate. I still try to fit these activities in around family life, work and travel.
