Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, I've lived in the US, Ireland, and now London, where I completed my Master's in Organisational Psychology. I’ve always been driven by curiosity and the excitement of stepping outside my comfort zone. 

At Sentinel I focus on the energy sector, helping professionals navigate career moves and supporting companies in finding the specialist expertise they need to grow. It's a market that's constantly evolving - between the energy transition, new technologies, and shifting geopolitics - and I love being part of that momentum.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running, dancing, or cooking – and if you stick around long enough, you might just get a homemade dessert. That’s my love language!
