Sam Millett

I first joined Sentinel in 2011 not entirely sure what career path I wanted to follow but it didn’t take long to realise I’d found the right place. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through a variety of roles at Sentinel, learning every facet of the recruitment industry and working with some of the world’s finest organisations, across various sectors.

More than a decade on, I’m now jointly Directing Sentinel’s Central and Eastern European function with a main focus on building relationships in this incredibly diverse and fast moving region. Historically, Technology has been at the heart of what we do and whilst this is still a key focus, we’ve evolved to becoming experts in a variety of different sectors, not just in Technology, but also in Life Sciences, Consulting, Energy, Commodities & Financial Services.

Outside of work, I’ve always had a huge passion for travel and food and having recently became a Dad to twins, my plan for the next few years is to show them the world and experience some of the best cuisines the world has to offer!
