About the role

A leading organisation is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to support both retail and online channels. This role focuses on demand planning, inventory optimisation, and improving supply chain performance across multiple sales platforms. Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration are key to success.


Responsibilities

  • Forecast demand using sales data and market trends across retail and online channels
  • Manage inventory levels to reduce stockouts, overstock, and aged inventory
  • Own full lifecycle inventory management and data accuracy
  • Identify supply chain inefficiencies and support process improvements
  • Work with suppliers, logistics partners, and distribution centres to improve fulfilment
  • Analyse supply chain performance and produce actionable reports
  • Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy and order fulfilment
  • Collaborate with commercial, logistics, retail, and e-commerce teams


Experience & skills needed

  • Supply chain, demand planning, and forecasting experience in retail or FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of planning methodologies (e.g. S&OP, capacity planning)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Background in consumer technology retail
  • 5+ years’ merchandising experience within retail
